Cistus is a bushy shrub with dog rose-like flowers and thrives in the dry, chalk-poor soils of the Mediterranean garrigue and maquis.
Cistus is one of the famous aromatic substances of antiquity and was used as an incense and to prevent illness.
In perfumery, it is used in (oriental) perfumes, soaps and also in food flavoring.
In naturopathy, cistus is used in the treatment of skin and lymph.

antispasmodic, better sleep, women's health, scars, neurodermatitis
Application:
Cosmetic for aroma care of the skin. Max. 5 drops in 50 ml PRIMAVERA organic almond oil.
