Coniotomy Simulator

Paramedics, military paramedics, anaesthetists and other emergency personnel have the opportunity to improve their skills and safety when performing a coniotomy. Anatomically accurate landmarks aid in on-site training and allow for quick action. The hyperextended neck allows the user to determine the correct incision site. The trachea is interchangeable and the airway is continuous from top to bottom. This allows the position of the stylet and guide rod to be checked once the incision has been made. Complete with chin and neck so that a tie can be used to secure the guide rod. Inflation of the artificial lung confirms correct performance. The delivery includes the simulator with base plate, six interchangeable neck skins, six interchangeable adult trachea inserts (two soft, four hard), six child trachea inserts (two soft, four hard), two artificial lungs, operating instructions and carrying case.
