Upon contact with wound exudate, it transforms into a cohesive gel that locks in fluid, maintains a moist wound environment, and reduces the risk of leakage or maceration.
It maintains structural integrity during removal, minimizing residue left in the wound.
The 5 x 5 cm format is suitable for small wounds.
