Fortimel® DiaCare is a foodstuff intended for special medical purposes. An oral nutritional supplement is recommended by your doctor or dietician in cases of (risk of) malnutrition due to illness, as a supplement to your (normal) daily diet.

Use

Store preferably in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Ready to use. Best consumed fresh. After opening, the resealed bottle can be stored in the refrigerator (max. 24 h).

Dosage

1 to 2 bottles per day as a dietary supplement. Unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.
