Saliva has many functions. It contains amylase and contributes in particular to the digestion of food. This process begins in the mouth. A drink thickened with a binder such as cornstarch quickly becomes liquid again when it comes into contact with saliva. Nutilis Complete Level 3 contains amylase-resistant properties. This means that saliva has almost no influence on the thickness of the product.

Nutilis Complete Level 3 is a foodstuff intended for special medical purposes in cases of malnutrition associated with illness.

Use

Store preferably in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use.

Ready to use. Best consumed chilled. After opening, the resealed bottle can be stored in the refrigerator (max. 24 hours).

Opened; 1 hour out of the fridge, 24 hours in the fridge (keep resealed).
