Opalescence™ Quick tooth whitening gel is intended for medical tooth whitening in the dental practice. It is applied under dental supervision in the controlled environment of the reception/waiting area using customized, anatomically shaped trays. The treatment time is 15-30 minutes or longer at the dentist's discretion. Opalescence™ Quick offers an alternative, conservative method for treating dark, internal discoloration as a result of disease, injury or medical treatment (e.g., congenital, systemic, metabolic, pharmacologic, traumatic or iatrogenic factors, such as discoloration from dental fluorosis, elevated bilirubin, adult tetracycline and minocycline, porphyria, trauma and fetal erythroblastosis).
