- Stir the linen compress after heating to ensure even heat distribution.
- Use a protective cloth between your skin and the compress to avoid injury.
- Heat: In the oven (4-6 min at 70°C) or microwave (60-90 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the power of your appliance).
- Cooling: Leave for at least 2 hours in the fridge/freezer.
