Do not use:

• if the cells are leaking and/or the patch is damaged
• in combination with other topical medications or other sources of heat
• on broken skin
• on parts of the body that are insensitive to heat
• in the case of bruises or swelling that occurred less than 48 hours ago
• on people who cannot remove the product themselves without outside help or who are unable to follow all precautions for use, including children and some elderly people
• on children under 12 years of age
• for more than 8 hours per day
