This type of account is intended for individuals, the self-employed, associations, companies and public administrations, municipalities and ministries that are not professionals in the health sector and that make volume purchases of less than 20,000 euros excluding VAT per year.
Your account will be activated directly and you will be able to make your purchases.
You are a professional in the medical sector or do you make bulk purchases?
This type of account is reserved for professionals in the healthcare sector (with no purchase threshold) AND for customers who make volume purchases of more than €20,000 excluding VAT per year.
Once we have received your request, our orders department will analyse it, ask you for any additional information if needed and then activate your account if you meet the set criteria. Our orders department processes account opening requests on working days (Monday to Friday) from 8.00 to 16.00 and will do its best to activate your account as quickly as possible.
