This moulage shows the sacral area with a pressure ulcer in a surgically cleaned condition. The necrotic tissue has been removed and wound pockets are present. The wound can be supplied either freshly cleaned or with wound exudate. Perfect for explaining and practising vacuum therapy. The anal fold is used to illustrate typical challenges when applying dressings. The moulage adheres independently to simulation patients or manikins, but can also be attached with special skin adhesive for longer-lasting practice.

This self-adhesive wound represents a venous leg ulcer, a substance defect in the tissue of the lower leg as a result of a chronic venous insufficiency. The shown epithelisation phase represents the most common ulcus disease (60% to 80% of all ulcus diseases) in the stage of building epithelial tissue, finally leading to close the wound. This small wound is perfect for adhering at the ankle or lower leg and adheres by itself. For longer use, it can be fixed with a special skin glue. All materials used in this product are dermatologically harmless.

This self-adhesive wound represents an ulcus cruris arteriosum venosum, a substance defect in the tissue of the lower leg as a result of peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD). Due to a lack of blood and therefore oxygen supply, wound healing is inhibited and even minor injuries can become chronic wounds. This moulage shows the death of tissue with extensive necrosis. This small wound is very suitable for attaching to the ankle or lower leg and adheres independently. A special skin adhesive can be used for longer-term attachment. All materials used are dermatologically safe.
